We at the TIMELESS CRAFTS would really wish that you will never have the need to return or exchange the product you purchased but since the need may arise due to some unforeseen reason we would want to make this process easier for you. But before that, we would like you to understand our product better. Most of our products as informed are crafted in some or the other way by artisans and so have a beauty of their own. Irregularity in weave, print, workmanship is the uniqueness and beauty of the products. They may not be treated as defects.Still, if you feel the need to return or exchange it, please take a look at our policy.

Returns & Exchange Policy:

  • Each product is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We do not accept any returns but in case the product is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
  • If your purchase meets the returns or exchange criteria, you will need to first share the images of the package received with inside, outside, damaged product images with all tags first for verification.
  • Accessories and Jewelry are not eligible for returns & exchange
  • Customized products or bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Gifts purchased online are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Please contact us at info@timelesscrafts.in within 10 days of delivery with the order number anddate of transaction for quick verification.
  • You may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, with the invoice in its original packaging along with original tags. We will organize a reverse pick up.
  • After the 10 day period, all purchases are final and no product exchanges or product returns will be accepted.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, TIMELESS CRAFTS reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • All refunds for the returned merchandise are credited to the same payment mode used to make the purchase.
  • If the same product is not available,TIMELESS CRAFTS will offer a similar product or a gift voucher of an equivalent value after review, verification and confirmation by the quality control team. The customer needs to furnish the original invoice/bill to establish proof of purchase.
  • If you have placed an order today and you want to cancel either today or tomorrow before the product is shipped, then we will accept the cancellation with deduction of Payment Gateway processing and service fee of 2.5% on the paid value for the transaction
  • If you have placed an order today and you want to cancel the order either today or tomorrow after the product is shipped, then we will not accept any cancellation.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled/amended.
  • Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
  • No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
  • No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
  • Please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.
